I often book up a week in advance so if you need to time your treatment for a specific time in your cycle it is advised to book a little bit in advance, to ensure you can get the date and time you prefer.
It is best not to book if you currently have a Cold/Flu or any type of systemic infection such as urinary tract or kidney infection.
